These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.purepind.com, associated checkout pages, and purchases made directly from PurePind Global / AARYA ENTERPRISE (collectively, “PurePind”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

1.2 Eligibility to purchase
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian should place the order and supervise your use of the website.
1.3 Product information
We aim to display accurate product names, ingredients, allergen information, nutrition information, net quantity, price, availability, images, and usage/storage guidance. Product packaging, batch-specific information, artwork, or minor visual details may change from time to time. Always read the label on the product actually delivered before consumption, especially if you have allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.
1.4 Allergens and cross-contact
Some PurePind products contain or may be manufactured in a facility handling wheat/gluten, soy, oats, milk, almonds, walnuts, or other ingredients as stated on the applicable pack. Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient and allergen declarations before consumption.
1.5 Prices and charges
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and any delivery or other compulsory charges, will be shown before you confirm the order. Promotional prices, coupon codes, and offers may be subject to specific conditions and validity periods.
1.6 Order acceptance
An order acknowledgement does not always mean final acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing caused by an obvious technical error, non-serviceable address, suspected fraud or misuse, or legal/regulatory restrictions. If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount collected for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
1.7 Payment
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. We do not require you to share card PINs, OTPs, UPI PINs, or other confidential authentication credentials with PurePind staff. Payment availability and settlement timing may depend on the selected payment provider.
1.8 Delivery
Delivery is available to serviceable PIN codes and is subject to courier/logistics availability. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Please provide a complete and accurate address and contact details. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms.
1.9 Returns, replacements and refunds
Food products are subject to the special hygiene and food-safety rules described in our Return & Replacement Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or reduce a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1.10 Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or functionality, scrape or copy content for commercial exploitation without permission, submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
1.11 Intellectual property
The PurePind name, branding, packaging artwork, website design, photographs, product copy, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to AARYA ENTERPRISE unless stated otherwise. You may use website content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission.
1.12 Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, logistics providers, analytics tools, social platforms, or external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or services outside our reasonable control.
1.13 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurePind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer remedies for defective or unsafe goods.
1.14 Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, transport disruption, strikes, governmental action, network outages, epidemic/pandemic restrictions, or other force majeure events. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and resolve affected orders.
1.15 Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage customers to first contact PurePind for resolution. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction and any forum that applicable law gives you the right to approach, disputes not assigned elsewhere by law will be subject to competent courts/tribunals having jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat.
1.16 Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, operations, or website functionality. The latest version published on the website will show the effective or last-updated date. Changes will not unfairly remove rights already accrued in relation to a completed purchase.
